Adams Wildcat Cabin

Our log cabin vacation home will get your attention as soon as you open the door. Antique logs from a Kentucky cabin, built circa 1840, were discovered and transported to Boone, NC for the construction of this mountain getaway. It has all the charm of an older cabin yet modern updates for your comfort. Located seven miles south/east of Boone (just off old Hwy 421), Adams Wildcat has a spectacular 280 degree view of the mountains. Sit on the covered back deck, enjoy the view, sip a glass of wine, cookout on the grill, dine and relax.

The cabin has 2 master suites, each with a king bed and master bath which incudes a two person Jacuzzi, walk-in shower, double vanity and lavatory. A third bedroom downstairs has a full size bed and a full size futon.

The living room features a wood burning fireplace and the upstairs bedroom has a gas log fireplace. Decorated with leather furnishings, Amish made furniture and locally made log furniture, this cabin also features a TV with a surround sound home theatre system in the living room and a TV in each bedroom. The kitchen is fully furnished with a dishwasher, microwave and coffee pot and downstairs you will find also find a washer and dryer. Beautiful hardwood flooring is seen througout the entire house!

 

Outside in the back yard, you will find yourself surrounded by apple trees and you are welcome to enjoy the newly added fire pit; just remove the fake rock cover, sit on the surrounding benches and enjoy nice fire outside, roast hot dogs and smores, and enjoy the mountain air.
